with ravine running though the land. Graceland has built in bar, water filtering system, fire place without door fire pit, front and
back decks 48ft by 12 feet great views with custom windows. Three beds rooms two full baths with out door shower
three floors with loft over looking living room. There is a view from both decks of custom built ponds with island
in the middle of ponds. If you have a mountain or road bike bring it a long!

Snow plowing is provided, Winter season brings snow, four wheel or all wheel drive may be needed. We suggest you prepare for the winter rentals, no refunds will be given if you are unable to get to the property because you do not have four wheel drive .
